Container instance are in waiting state all of a sudden, we have restarted, stopped and started and redeployed nothing is working. Tried everything these ACI are deployed in west europe.

in the meantime, to help resolve this issue, your container instances are stuck in the "waiting state" to stop those containers and then start the containers again and check if the issue resolved.

I tried everything but still in the waiting state, when I try to retrieve the logs it says none.

Verify if there are any ongoing issues with Azure services, especially in the West Europe region where you deploy your ACIs. Create a minimal container instance with a simple image to see if the issue persists. This can help you isolate the problem.

Azure Service Health will provide updates on outages or other issues that might be affecting container services.

Ensure that you haven't hit any limits or quotas that could be affecting the deployment of new containers like number of ACIs, CPU, memory resources, and network resources in your subscription.

For instance, check that your ACIs aren't waiting on any external resources that aren't available.

check if there were any changes to your Azure environment, application code, or related dependencies around that time.
