Enforcing auto transcripts for all meetings in Microsoft Teams

Is it possible to enforce auto transcripts for all scheduled meetings in Microsoft Teams for the entire organization? I am familiar with enabling Teams transcripts for meetings, calls, and voicemail from the Teams admin center and policies, but I want to know if there's a way to ensure transcripts are automatically generated for all meetings, rather than allowing users to turn transcripts on and off themselves. Someone asked about this in 2022 and it wasn't possible, but I want to check if there have been any updates since then. Thanks!

Currently, Microsoft Teams does not have a direct option to execute automated scripts for meetings. If you would like this feature to be added, please submit feedback in Microsoft Feedback. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
