I am currently trying to paste and link into Word from Excel. I am choosing to keep source formatting, but every time I paste, there are extra spaces in some of the cells with numbers. I have too many tables to paste over to delete all the extra spaces. Help Please!!

    Hi @Kayla

Before you copy the table/data from Excel, I suggest you make all the cells left aligned.

After you finish copy-and-paste, go back to Excel and use "Undo" to restore back to the initial text align setting.
