- Does the issue occur on the Outlook Desktop Client? If so, to further confirm if the issue is more related to Outlook desktop client, please log in to your web mail to check if the issue persists.
- And does the issue occur recently? If so, is there any specific operation did you do before the issue occurred?
My gmail account and all subfolders have vanished so I can't see any of my emails from that account.
- Do you mean that your gmail account disappeared from your Outlook favorites or from your Outlook profile.
It is recommended that please try to search for the relevant contents, if they still exist, you can locate their location and re-add them to your favorites, if they cannot be found, it is suggested that you try to add your account again to the profile according to the article.
