Account Login Issue

Hello, I ve been trying to reach to a microsoft support team to assist but in vain since Sunday.

I have a business account and i am the account admin of this account. I cannot access it at the moment. The 2x factor authentication is not working properly. BOTH my phone and the login screen on a browser is giving a code. It's been 72hours that i do not have access to it and my work is pending.

Reaching out to microsoft for support have been a relentless process with no assistance till date. Note I spoke to your hotline who directed me to an AI assistance that do not help at all.

Please advise me HOW and WHEN this can be resolved.
