Account Login Issue

Hello, I ve been trying to reach to a microsoft support team to assist but in vain since Sunday.

I have a business account and i am the account admin of this account. I cannot access it at the moment. The 2x factor authentication is not working properly. BOTH my phone and the login screen on a browser is giving a code. It's been 72hours that i do not have access to it and my work is pending.

Reaching out to microsoft for support have been a relentless process with no assistance till date. Note I spoke to your hotline who directed me to an AI assistance that do not help at all.

Please advise me HOW and WHEN this can be resolved.

For your issue, it is suggested that you try to refresh the login page and open a new page to login.

If the issue still persists, it is recommended that you open an online to get more help.
