Issue with Azure Cache Redis scaling in East US

Hello,

I have requested a Redis version upgrade from Basic to Standard in East US, but the scaling process has been stuck for the past 24 hours.
How can I know if everything is going well with the upgrade? Could there be an issue with Azure Cache Redis in East US?

If the cache status shows "Scaling" for more than 24 hours or shows "Failed", please reach out to Azure Support for further troubleshooting. In general, you can improve the scaling success by following the best practices documented here: Best practices for scaling - Azure Cache for Redis | Microsoft Learn

Please let me know if you don't have a support plan.

Unfortunately, the cache status is currently "Failed" and it seems like things are stuck.

I think we followed the best practices outlined in the documentation, but something went wrong.

We have asked the third-party provider to open a support request, hoping for a quick resolution.
