We have Google Chrome auto update profile and assigned to all devices but 5 devices are not updated to latest version...I hoping someone is helping on this.. thank you

Type of device: win10
What kind of profile you are using: intune config profile for enable chrome auto update : update policy override - enabled
Was it deployed successfully : yes remaining all devices are updated to latest version except these 5 devices.. any help appreciated. Thanks
Application was successfully installed on devices and that config profile showing successful in intune but application was not updated

From your description, I know you have deployed Google Chrome auto update profile but some of devices failed to auto update.
To clarify this issue, please check the following.
1.Check if there exist some error message in Event Viewer. Location: Applications and Services logs > Microsoft > Windows > DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider > Admin
1.Check the registry key to see whether targeted devices apply the policy. Location: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google\Update and if the value is set to 1, it means that the Google Chrome auto-update is turned on.

I have this understanding, that you need to start Google Chrome before it will update itself. So first, make sure are those google chrome browsers in use on those computers :)

I use an Intune Configuration Profile to apply the configuration.
1-Import ADMX from Windows.admx, Google.admx e Chrome.admx.

Allow installation
Target channel override
Update policy override
Thanks for your answer. We already have this config profile and assigned to all devices. It's updating chrome in all active devices expect 5.. ok I'll try with your settings.. thank you

Sorry for late reply! Still devices not got the updates.. running in same version..I want to know is it possible to create another config profile with same settings like create another config profile for chrome update

We can uninstall Chrome on the 5 targeted devices and then deploy it via Intune, after that we can create a new auto-update profile to the 5 devices group to see if it can auto-update. Also, to check the registry to see whether the policy is applied.
