    Hi @Shashi Agnihotri

When you complete a learning path, you gain a new understanding of different aspects of the technology or role you're learning about. You get an achievement trophy! Learning paths are collections of training modules that are organized around specific roles (like developer, architect, or system admin) or technologies (like Azure Web Apps, Power BI, or Xamarin.Forms).

Achievement badges are recognition given to users who have completed a training module on Learn.microsoft.com. A knowledge check near the end of each training verifies that you've understood the material in that specific module. Once you've earned an achievement, you can view achievement badges for each training you've completed in your Learn profile.
