Dear Azure AI Language Studio Support Team,

I am reaching out to report a recurring issue I have encountered within the Azure AI Language Studio, located at https://language.cognitive.azure.com/.

I have diligently set up several projects and populated them with specific Q&A pairs. Unfortunately, I am experiencing an intermittent issue wherein my projects sporadically appear to be missing. During these instances, the interface suggests that I create new projects, despite the existence of my previously established ones.

I have verified that both the resource type and resource name have been correctly configured, which leads me to believe that this could be a bug or a glitch within the system.

Has this issue been reported by other users? If so, I would appreciate guidance on any known resolutions or workarounds. Moreover, I would be grateful for any assistance in rectifying this matter to ensure stable and consistent access to my projects.

The intermittent disappearance of your projects in Azure AI Language Studio may be due to authentication issues, incorrect subscription or resource group selection, service outages, browser cache problems, or insufficient permissions.

Here are a few things you can recheck to resolve the issue:

Check if you have the necessary permissions to access the resource.

Might this issue would be intermittent, it could be due to a temporary network or server issue. In this case, you can try again later to see if the issue has been resolved.

Try Clear browser cache and cookies and also try using a different browser.

I am writing to express my gratitude for your assistance with the ongoing matter. However, I would like to bring to your attention a peculiar anomaly that I have encountered concerning project visibility within Azure AI Language Studio.

I have observed that when I access Azure AI Language Studio through the office network, the project list appears to be empty. Conversely, upon logging in from my home network, all of my projects are displayed as expected.

This discrepancy in project visibility based on network location is quite unusual and deviates from the standard operational expectations.

Check with your IT department to ensure that the necessary ports and IP addresses for Azure services are open and accessible.
