Hi everyone,

I have a question about importing MS Forms data into MS Teams. I'm currently running several MS Forms surveys and am the owner, which means I'm the only one who can make changes on Forms and see the database updates live.

I've managed to add the database of several surveys to my OneDrive and created one consolidated Excel file using Power Query. However, I’m not sure how to add this to MS Teams. I tried it, but they are uploaded as a copy or just an icon with an internet connection. My question is how I can upload the MS Forms DB linked to the cloud into MS Teams and create a consolidated survey response there. Is Sharepoint only a solution? My company doesn't support Sharepoint...

I would greatly appreciate any insights you can share on this.

Thank you very much!

    Hi @Min Kwon

Files uploaded in Teams will be saved in OneDrive (files uploaded in channels are saved in SharePoint). Teams itself is not a platform for saving files.

If you have uploaded a file to OneDrive, you can access the file through the OneDrive tab in the left menu bar of Teams:
