forgotten admin mail password

i had login my windows 10 pc with a dummy mail ID as an administrator, and now ive forgotten that password. that i my mobile doesnt saved the password. now microsoft showing that my dummy mail doesnt exists. but in my pc that dummy mail is acting as an admin.

  1. how to remove that dummy mail as admin, without losing any data from the pc?
  2. is there any way to reset that password?
  3. just what is the link between gmail and ms office accounts? it would be great help if anyone could get me out of this trouble!
