What is the use of stored procedure Sync.clearexport in FIM service Database.Please explain us.
Hi,
Running this (which you should only do if instructed so by a guide or Microsoft Product support) will clear the pending exports from the Sync engine to the FIM Service DB.

Thanks ! Currently we have an issue with the FULL Sync - the FIM Full Sync was not running and it shows "Stopped - Server error"

we were asked to run the Sync.clear Export stored procedure. Are we good to do this in the production environment ?

I'd run a backup on all databases before doing that.
Unless instructed by Microsoft Product support, I'd not advise running the procedure.
If you want to take the risk (and have backups), sure, you could run it. If the problem in the article matches your problem, it could solve your problem.
