Visual studio 2010 is out of support and never supported windows 11. It may or may not work. You will just have to try. Also, being out of support there is no public download. You will need a subscription to get a copy if you don’t already have. visual studio 2022 will try to update the project file. It may or may not have issues, as the project file format is so old. You will probably have to make some manual changes. You will also need to manually make fixes for breaking code changes. note: often it’s easier to create a new project in vs2022 (not sure why you pick such an old version), and add the sources.
