Enabling AD and B2C authorization for APIM Developer portal

Hello,
I have an API in APIM which we exposed to Azure AD and Azure AD B2C users (implemented validation policies for this). But when we access the API in the developer portal, I can either enable the AD authorization flow or B2C authorization flow. But I couldn't enable both AD and AD B2C parallelly. Is there a way we can enable both in developer portal, so that AD and B2C Users log into the Dev portal they can be able to generate a token by using respective authorization code flows?
Any help on this highly appreciated.

to be totally clear what you're talking about is the auth config required for a user of either the Az Portal (accessing APIMs UI that way) and the UI "test console" OR the developer portal which also has a "test console" function
The "test console" in both cases is a similar concept to using Postman or curl locally it's UI to call the API via the APIM gateway
The "user authorization" setting you highlight is therefore simply to tell the "test console" which IDP to use to obtain an access token the test console user can leverage to call the backend API via APIM

The short answer is I dont think so in the managed dev portal. Whilst you can add more than one "auth server" you can only assign one (as per your screen snip) and the dev portal only shows the one you chose, there's no "dropdown" type experience which would allow an end user to select
