Search on Skype for business 2016 with display name shows "No Match"

When I search on Skype for business client 2016 do not show user, But if I search with sip address name for example username@domain.com show the user.

When I open the https://sfbpool.domain.com/abs/handler and enter my user and password return "Internal Server Error 500"
