Edge browser is unable to display TIFF format images

The original web development was done using Internet Explorer. Since IE is no longer supported, we are now developing the web pages for the Edge browser.

This has caused the current web pages to be unable to display TIFF format images.

Is there any way to solve this problem, other than using extensions or converting to JPEG?

    Hi @Joe Zhu,

Unfortunately, it is not implemented in the Chromium engine that TIFF images can be viewed. A possible way for you is to use IE mode for viewing TIFF images.

If you would like to stick to regular Edge mode instead, we recommend you converting to formats that are supported by Microsoft Edge or take the advantage of Edge extensions to help you display TIFF images. Thanks for your understanding.
