Hi,

Currently the Speech to text supports OPUS/OGG meaning I have to wrap my Opus packets in an ogg container. Is it possible to support raw Opus?

Thank you

    Hi Regis Duflaut-Averty,
Greetings & Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum! Thanks for posting your query!
I understand that you are encountering an issue with Azure Speech to Text, as it currently requires Opus audio to be wrapped in an Ogg container.

As of now, Azure Speech to Text supports audio formats like WAV, MP3, and Ogg Opus, but it does not support raw Opus frames directly.

However, you can submit a feature request to add support for raw Opus packets directly through the Azure Feedback Forum. This feedback helps Microsoft evaluate and prioritize new features based on demand.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you have any further queries.
