Azure for student doesn't give 100 USD

Hi,

creating an account with a university email provides access to free tier services and the Azure for Students Starter subscription, but it does not include the $100 credit. I should add that I once had an active subscription, and it worked correctly. When I try to check my account, it shows that I'm not eligible, though I'm not sure why (I used to be able to renew the service). My classmates created accounts and didn't have this issue. What could be causing this?

To resolve this issue, double-check whether the following items are true:

    • The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
    • The credit card information is correct.
    • You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.
