AzureIOT explorer mornitoring device issue

I have issue with the Azure IOT explorer tool under my company network, when I try to start to do the device monitor, it shows me the information as below:

it should be the issue of company network.
when I try it under my home network, it works correctly.
my IT give me the suggestion as below:

I am not the expert of network, so I need help to use the tool under my company net, do you have any suggestion?

    Hello @Hu, Alan [COMRES/AP/CN] ,

    The IoT explorer is open source on github. For specific questions, approach the contributors by posting an issue.

    The three main issues I can think about are:

    1. a proxy issue (the IoT Explorer forgets to take the proxy into account?)
    2. You are on a VPN network which limits access to Azure (IoT) resources
    3. The VPN/ company firewall is not allowing certain protocols (other than HTTP?).

    Post the issue on GitHub and have your network admin involved.
