I heard that Microsoft have plans to decommission its product Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM 2016 R2, or MIM 2016, or FIM 2010)
Is it true ? if yes then what are it's alternative for onprem AD provisioning.

    Yes, support for Microsoft Identity Manager 2016 main support will be ended on January 12, 2021, take a look at:

    For FIM 2010, the main support already ended and it is on extended support, take a look at:
