Hello,

I am using Windows Server 2022 and RDS (CALs per Device) is used for remote access to my program. At a certain point in time, pink artifacts appear on the screen for a few minutes, which are eliminated only by restarting the RDP client. Sometimes they disappear on their own after 5-10 minutes. The server is installed locally, clients connect to it via 1 GbE. The server has 5 Nvidia Tesla A5000 with the latest drivers. Disabling video cards does not help, the problem still appears. The problem is reproduced only on the Microsoft RDP Client (client PCs have Windows 7/10/11). When using wFreeRDP, the problem does not occur.

(Some examples of this artefacts)

Please, tell me what I can try to solve the problem.

    Hello,

You can try to disable RemoteFX on your server side:

Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Remote Desktop Services -> Remote Desktop Session Host -> Remote Session Environment.

Disable the setting for "Use hardware graphics adapters for all Remote Desktop Services sessions".
