Current Pain Points:

  • Our Marketing HQ manually handles content creation and production for landing pages and organic social media, involving many stakeholders.
  • The process is tedious, requiring multiple revisions and approvals, including key messages and legal/compliance approvals for assets.

What We Need Copilot to Do:

  • Guide content managers through the process using a checklist of questions.
  • Offer options and suggestions to streamline the workflow.
  • Assist in gathering inputs from various roles (Creative Director, Project Manager, Asset Manager).
  • Send notifications and reminders.
  • Continuously update the content/creative briefing until final approval and posting.

Thanks for your help.

Hi yasmin nejat - From the Low code side, you could use Copilot Studio to create an agent with instructions and grounding knowledge representing the various rolls requiring input, and also build out useful actions to support the workstream flow. For more a more advanced Pro code solution, Azure OpenAI supports multi-agent workflows. Here's a walkthrough guide that actually demos a multi-agent app for fictitious marketing team content creation scenario:  Get Started with Multi-agent Applications Using Azure OpenAI | Microsoft Learn

    Thanks,
