Bought a new phone and forgote to transfer/back up my Microsoft authenticator and can’t log in to my mails

I have job and a school mails I can’t access now after buying a new phone and I don’t have the old one anymore. I thought they transfered over when migrating phone. When trying to log in and choosing no access to mobile authenticator it still keeps asking for the code. Help pls

    If they are Azure accounts, you will need to contact the global admin in that tenant help prompt a reset of your MFA methods if you do not have access to the app again if it is a work/school accountin Microsoft. For other apps you will have to contact their admins
