    Hi @Dorie DeBlasio

If logging into OneDrive online, under “Shared” “With Me” section, can't the colleagues find subfolders after open the shared folder?

I suggest you go to "Shared" and "By you" section in OneDrive online, open this shared folder, select one subfolder, and then click "More Actions" > "Manage access".

See if your colleagues have permission to edit or view it.

Please click "Grant Access" icon to grant access permission to colleagues' accounts again.

Also check if colleagues can open this subfolder via the shared link in the reminder email.

If possible, you may also let Microsoft 365 administrators in your organization, run the Check User Access diagnostic within the tenant to identify possible issues that affect user access.
