    Hello Sudarshan Bhamare,

Unfortunately, transferring a Microsoft Azure Sponsorship subscription from one tenant to another is not supported. This limitation exists because sponsorship subscriptions are closely tied to a specific Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) tenant and account.

To clarify, Azure Sponsorship subscriptions are typically offered as part of promotional programs for startups, students, or partners, and come with certain restrictions—particularly around billing, support, and transferability.

While standard Azure subscriptions allow ownership transfers through the Azure portal, this functionality is not available for sponsorship-based subscriptions.

Refer the below official document FYR.

That said, if your goal is to utilize course credits or associate them with an existing Azure subscription, there may be alternative options. You can find more details in the official FAQ here.
