I have contacted Microsoft support twice and they said would look into this. The first time they came back and said they were not available.
The second time they didn't even come back to me 😒

You can get in contact with Surface Technical Support by following the steps below:
- Please go to: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus
- Select Devices
- Select Get Home Support
- Click: Don't want to use the Get Help app? Get support in your browser
- Type out Surface Duo
- Press Get help
- On the bottom click contact support or sign in to contact support
- From the drop lists select the items that apply and then you get a list of available options to get a support agent to contact you depending on your selected issue
