Windows Subsystem for Android Bluetooth
Will the Windows Subsystem for Android support bluetooth connectivity? It does not seem to be the case at the moment. This would be one of the main differentiators compared to an Android emulator.

I don't think there are currently any apps officially available in the special Amazon Appstore that require bluetooth, and with sideloaded APK's, there is no official support.

It sounds like you are using Dev Mode and an app that was sideloaded and not offered by the Amazon Appstore. You might want to provide more information on the app, etc.
