    Hi,
1.What is the error notification message you've received and are you managed to complete the installation? The details you shared is more like the help manual on how to use msiexec command.

2.For installation of MSI related applications, you could enable the log and check if any errors recorded for the installation failure.
You could choose either modifying registry key or group policy.
    Enable Windows Installer logging
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-client/application-management/enable-windows-installer-logging

3.In the download page of the application, is there any other options of installation packages? You could try abother package if possible.

Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.

    Thanks,
    Jenny
