I wish to consolidate my Microsoft email afcounts to make it more manageable. I have one email address using MSN.com and another under Hotmail.com. Is one more advance in features/use than the other? What is the difference between the two? What is the main windows email client?

While I am here: My laptop has the capability of doing screen shots and posting them on other email such as yahoo. I could not do that when I go into my windows "Hotmail' account. Doe this email client have that capability? Or is there some hoops I have fumble through to do this? Please advise. thank you for your time. elliot

Yes, I have a plethora of online devices.  Desktop, laptop, tablet, android phone, ....

Long ago I had Hotmail, google, yahoo, excite, and it seemed ridiculous.  I've had a gmail acct. for 15 years.

A friend asked me why I did not use the service related to my Dell desktop, Windows 7 with a Microsoft based email address.

I have some insight to the gov't involvement, and wanted an up to date 2nd email.

Perhaps this outlook one will be my primary.

    Any thoughts?

    Thank you for your time.
