Teams/Outlook Activity feed shows approval request from Form author, not user that filled out the form

I've created a workflow using Microsoft Forms > Power Automate > Microsoft Excel.

I used the Power Automate template "Approve a Microsoft Forms response to add a row to an Excel spreadsheet".

Since multiple users will be filling out the form, I've shared the form with users in the organization.

The approver's e-mail addresses are populated in the last 2 questions of the form. After submission, both e-mail addresses receive Approval requests from the work flow as expected. However the request is listed in both the approvers e-mail/Teams activity as originating from me (the Form creator), rather than the user who filled out the form.

Everything else about the workflow works as expected. If both approvers approve then a row of the users form/data info is added to an excel form.

Thank you for any help on this.

    Hi @Adam Lenz ,

In my testing, in the "Send an email approval" or "Send an email rejection" . The value of To is Email(Answer to the question above).

In fact, Responses Approver email is the Form creator email.
