    In the system requierment Windows 7 is no longer listed;

    Windows Server 2012 R2+, Windows 10, or Windows 8.1 in 32-bit and 64-bit. For the best experience, use the latest version of your operating system.

    Please know Windows 7 is End of Life, Teams used to work in the past on Windows 7, an older installater could maybe help if it work, but using Windows 7 at the base is not a good idea, as you are left without protection as is.
