The error that you encountered when running/installing a program on the device may indicate a possible missing or corrupted registry file. To isolate your concern, we'd like to ask the following:
- Is your computer connected to a domain?
- Which program/programs are you trying to install on the device?
- To ensure that we haven't missed anything, what are the troubleshooting steps that you've performed to resolve the issue?
In addition, we suggest that you run a full scan (SFC) and DISM command to, if not repair, identify the corrupted files causing the error. To do this, follow the steps provided on this Forum Article.
