But now I can't open my encrypted photos. And can't Decrypt it. So Please give a Solution.

Hi Vijay

Here are some additional steps you can try:

Also see the section of the article at the bottom, how to decrypt a file.

    Thanks Andre Da Costa

    But I tried your way. So couldn't decrypt my file.

    When (1) I tried this way->choose a file->Right click->File ownership->Personal-then found error

    1. When I tried another way-choose a file->Right click->Properties->Advanced->then check box off of Encrypt--Then received this
    2. Third way ->open run command->type "mmc" to export certificate of EFS->then received this in which I can't select "yes,exportthe private key".

    So please help me to another way.

    Hi Vijay

    Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

    Go to System - About

    Are you running Windows 10 Pro or Enterprise?

    If so, you have encrypted your files with Bitlocker, which is the encryption utility in Windows 10

    Did you set up Bitlocker on your PC?

    Go to your Microsoft Account online and check there for your Bitlocker Decryption Key - https://login.live.com

    Hi Vijay

    My name is Andre Da Costa; an Independent Consultant, Windows Insider MVP and Windows & Devices for IT MVP. I'm here to help you with your problem.

    If the file was encrypted on another computer, you need the certificate file in order to decrypt on the current computer where the drive is connected.

    See steps:

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/77174-decry...

    You can then import it on the computer where you want to access it and open your file.

    Information in the above link is sourced from a trusted Microsoft MVP blog.
