Install Wacom driver problem

I download the wacom driver for cintiq 16 into my vivobook S15. Then it told me to restart my laptop to install. I did and now I'm stucking in the blue screen "Getting window ready, don't turn off your computer" for like nearly one hour. What should I do?

    Hello Shanthat, I am Andrew. When you leave your computer on the blue screen asking you to wait where the dots still circling? It may have been installing updates which Ive recently seen take 2 hours or more even.
    As for the frozen laptop issue you can hold the power button down 5-10 seconds and it will turn off.

    Turn it off, let it reboot and if you get the blue screen asking you to wait and the circles are spinning please wait. It could be a large update installing.

    My laptop is frozen and I don't even know how to turn it off since it doesn't have any shutdown button. HELP!!
