I'm trying to create a FTP server as an Azure Container Instance for testing FTP scripts. I'm having issues connecting to the vsftpd ftp service running on the instance. I believe the issue is related to opening dynamic ports on the container.
Does anyone have a working ACI ftp image?

There is an example of creating a container as a SFTP server. However the open ports for SFTP are different than FTP.

My example shows SFTP ports. But you can open FTP port by adjusting the config as mentioned in my post. Instead of 22, use 21. The advantage of using open-ssh is you can use any preferred containers and not limited to the SFTP container you referred
PermitRootLogin yes
Port 21
AddressFamily any
ListenAddress 0.0.0.0
ListenAddress ::
PasswordAuthentication yes
