Yes , It is normal behavior netstat command.
If you run netstat without any parameters, you will notice that TCP sessions have been established. The "Local Address" option will display the TCP port that the TCP session was using together with the local hostname of the computer from which the command was executed. The opposite end of the connection, which is often a remote machine, will be "Foreign Address": As long as the local machine's DNS is configured to resolve the hostname of the distant machine, together with the port number it is using for the session, you will be able to view it.
