SSL/TLS Diffie-Hellman Modulus <= 1024 Bits (Logjam) (83875)

Good day,

I get this on an vulnerability scan. How do you resolve "ssl/tls Diffie-Hellman Modulus <= 1024 Bits (Logjam) (83875)" on a windows 2012 r2 server? In all my searching any resolution that has been posted has been to vague to work with.  This needs to be greater that 1024.

Thanks,
