How to stop a record while exporting data from CS to Target MS SQL table

Question

I need a record to flow from HR table to MIM Metaverse and also from MIM metaverse to Connector space but want to stop this record to get exported from CS to target sql table.

Note: I understand experts might be thinking why this is needed, we do have a complicated design where we do have multiple MIM environments, connected to same target SQL table, so we need to stop record while exporting data from CS to target table. Please help.
