My windows stopped being active out of the blue, is someone here to help please ?

    I removed your product key to protect your privacy.

    If you go to the activation window in the Settings app and select 'Change Product Key', then enter your product key, what happens, is that key rejected?

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Your screenshot indicates that is not a normal consumer licence, it is a volume MAK licence used by large organizations.

    Where did you get your Windows licence was that pre-installed on the PC or did you purchase a full retail Windows licence from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer, and if so, do you have the product key?
