GPU Error 43 FIX?

Can someone help me i took this gpu from an older pc i had laying around since my main pc is using integrated graphics

the gpu is giving me error 43

i've tried:

Installing GPU Drivers
Uninstalling GPU Drivers
Cleaning the GPU

mounting the GPU on the second pcie x16 slot

note: initially the pc would'nt boot so i switched back to integrated for the time being

Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 3 3200g

Mobo: ASrock b450 Steel Legends

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 560 TI

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Devices and drivers

    That Device ID in that error trace does resolve to the Nvidia GTX 560 TI drivers, there is no indication of any other problem on your PC.

    i checked the event log i saw that this is repeated every other time i restart my pc

    Device PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1201&SUBSYS_35271458&REV_A1\4&280b1369&0&0009 had a problem starting.

    Originally when i bought the card the seller said it just needed an update at this point that was 5+ years ago

    If you cannot find a version of the driver that is stable on that card, there may be a hardware issue on the card, it would be best to get it tested.

    ive tried that it didnt work ive also tried reflashing its vbios and downgraded it to its earliest available driver version

    its been an issue with this card before thats why i didnt originally use it

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Completely remove the current Nvidia device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the Nvidia website to download and install a slightly older version of the Nvidia device driver.

    A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.
