Command prompt

Tried to use the command "wmic memphysical get maxcapacity" but it is showing the error:

I have found the data I need.
But I need to know why this error is showing.
This command works fine in my other laptop (Acer)
The problem is in my HP Pavilion laptop

    Seems something is wrong in your Windows.

    Please repair system files by

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    command from Windows PowerShell (administrator) environment.

    Create new account and run this command from new account.
