AMD GPU Driver Crashing

Quick disclaimer, I'm not that knowledgeable about computers so the easier the explanation the better.

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT

My original issue was that after 30 minutes or so of running a game or program (I hadn't tested this out with just the PC running w/o any program) my PC would suddenly turn off. The monitor would go black but for a couple of seconds, I could still hear the audio running. The lights and fan of my PC remained on until I manually turned off my PC. Then after rebooting it would sometimes cause my GPU driver to disable (Code 22). Upon enabling I would get a code 31. This lead me to believe my driver was out of date and so I tried to install the updated versions. Installing the updated version would get rid of the error codes but the original issue remained, where after 30 minutes it would shut off. I then completely uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it which granted me longer access to my computer, about a day or less, but then the cycle repeated. What could be the issue? Is this something wrong with my hardware or software? I've tried different methods of installation such as the Radeon software installer, manual install, but nothing is working.

Update: None of the fixes solved the issue.

The most recent crash was during a game and I could still hear the audio and my teammates in the background but just a black screen. I could only get a display after I shut off my computer.

    Hi Kayla,

My name is Igor, I'm Independent Advisor. I have 12 Microsoft MVP awards. It's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

Please check system journal (Event Viewer) for possible errors at these moments, especially Kernel-Power errors. DistributedCOM errors should be ignored.

Or save system journal to evtx file and share it to OneDrive for analysis.

I tried the first method which I thought was a success but towards the end of the day, it repeated the cycle so I will try the second method as well as the 3rd.
