    Hello, how are you?

My name is Paloma B., I am very happy to be able to try to help you in the best possible way.

This is an open community, whenever you need you can share the problem so that possible repairs are suggested.

I understand you had trouble rolling Windows Update Rollbak, I'm sorry about that.

I seem to have stuck in the update uninstall process, as 24 hours is a long time for that.

In this case, the only option is to force shutdown so that Windows restarts so we know where it crashed, or if it managed to finish the rollback.

As a last resort, to regain access to Windows again, like Windows 10, you will need to perform a clean install of Windows with an installation USB.

    Hello, appreciate your response.

I can’t really go anywhere on this screen. No options or settings can be opened.

Is there a way for me to get past this?
