    Please see https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

To check system journal right-click Start, select Event Viewer, expand Windows at the left and select System journal. Then look for error messages (events). DistributedCOM errors should be ignored.

You may right-click on System and select "Save…" to get evtx file.

Ok will do - however is there a guide to how to extract a memory dump & system journal in Windows 11? My c: drive Windows folder has no minidump folder. However, the reliability pane shows regular crashes just no info as to the cause.

    Hi,

My name is Igor, I have 12 Microsoft MVP awards. It's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you. I'm sorry you have a problems.

Unfortunately hardware problems often may not be diagnosed by Windows internal data.

However please share memory dump to OneDrive for analysis.

And you may check system journal (Event Viewer) for possible errors at these moments, especially Kernel-Power errors. DistributedCOM errors should be ignored.

Or save system journal to evtx file and share it to OneDrive for analysis.
