I do not recommend that you use any Registry Cleaners, Optimizers, Driver Updaters, Tune -Up utilities, etc.
They may do more harm to your operating system than any good that they claim to be able to do.

I use windows 8.1 on a Dell pc, I did an upgrade from os 7 to 8.1. But ever since I cant have access to devices [mobile phones] connected to the pc. They always show as unknown devise! And I have tried to fix it using driver pack solution but nothing has worked. Any help please !!

Although I will mention that, as an android, it's possible you just need to switch its USB mode or enable USB debugging/file access inside the Android options.
