Camera Frame Server process is consuming excessive CPU cycles making laptop very slow almost unusable

After starting MS teams meeting with camera, CPU usage is going 100% making lenovo laptop "Ideapad S145-14AST" with freshly windows 10 and freshly installed MS teams is becoming very slow practically unusable. 50 to 70 % of CPU usage is by "windows camera frame server" process. Due to this live meeting is going out of sync either in presentation, video, audio due to slow response from laptop. If we use Zoom software its perfectly fine issue comes while using teams software and its mandatory for work. so has anyone else faced similar issue if yes please suggest way forward. Things tried till now are

  1. Fresh installation of Windows 10 and fresh installation of MS team issue persists.

1a) tried without latest patches and with latest patches also issue persists.

  1. Through resource manager tried to identify server process file to verify its version but couldn't identify its showing "svchost.exe (camera)"

Note : laptop has dual core processor "AMD A6-9225 RADEON R4, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G 2.60 GHz" and RAM is 8GB
