Power Automate: SharePoint Get Items query filter (OData) - Need to send a weekly summary email

Question

I have a Flow set up where a MS Form response populates a SharePoint List. I need to then set up a flow to send an email with a summary of items from the list for the current week and a next week lookahead. Anyone know how I can write the OData query for the Get Items action to filter the SharePoint List to show only this week and/or next week?
