Need help with Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center

Question

Hi!
I use intune - Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center and sometime I have some problem when I import a windows device.
Some of the apps are not installed or just waiting for installation forever.
Why is this happening and how can I let's say force the apps to install on the deployed machine?

Any idea how to solve this problem?

We have several hundreds of same PC's. 1:1 same PC's with the same OS on it.
All they have the same apps to deploy.
Some of them are finishing 100% all the software installations without problem.
Some of them are having trouble to deploy Office365, some of them have problem with AnyDesk installation's or OpenVPN some of them have trouble to deploy some other app's.

At the end we have to install all the software which are not installed or still waiting to install (even after 2 weeks of waiting time)manually.

At the very end, if I have to install the app's manually, then we are missing the main purpose of the intune, autopilote etc. idea but we have to pay for the "service" to MS.
That makes no sense.

If I have 10 1:1 equal PC's, all the stuff should be done correctly without pardon!

If this is not the case, then MS is cheating as.
This is how I see this story with intune.

BTW:
Is tehre any option how to force the app installation on the failed PC through intune?
How can I let's say modify some setting on a group of PC like enable or disable some windows features through intune?

I have experienced this before and while there can be multiple reasons for this, see if you can split the policy assignments. Assign app deployment policies to your dynamic autopilot device group and assign all device config policies, scripts, update rings to user based group. This has given me consistent results.

There’s unfortunately no setting an order of installation for applications which means that some might be waiting on reboots to occur or haven’t set a completion status.
The way to determine what’s going on is to check the installation methods and parameters you’re using, suppress reboots where possible and make sure you’re getting installation completion flags in the logs. Check the Intune agent log on a machine which is pending to see if there’s a problem stopping it.

I’ve worked around this issue by setting software such as Microsoft 365 apps to install as the machine itself using the group which your autopilots are part of or just a security group populated with machines. Chrome and Firefox can be a pain sometimes and it seems to vary by version of the install media as well as the flags you’re setting as installation parameters. With these it’s a question of trial and error but at my end we just made a call to simplify down to Edge as the browser since it’s based on Chromium anyway so is as good as installing Chrome itself.

A not installing question....

The apps will never be installed on some PC's.
But on other they will be installed but maybe other app's won't be installed.
The app which is showing "waiting for..." will never be installed like the other "Not installed..." too.

I install them manually through AnyDesk or similar remote control tool, but I wish to solve this problem too here in the End Point Management control panel too.
