Windows Server 2019

Question

Running Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Standard , Microsoft Edge not compatible with Quickbooks Enterprise 2021 required browse Explorer 11.
Anyway to downgrade from Microsoft Edge, back to Explorer 11

Could you please share the winver screenshot of your Server 2019?
For a fresh Windows Server 2019, IE 11 is built-in default browser. You could go to Start->Settings-> Apps->Manage optional features, check Internet Explorer 11 state here. If IE doesn’t exit, you could click Add a feature button to add it.

This is a new installation and only has default browser chrome microsoft edge. I tried reinstalling explore11 but didn't work. Any other solution?

Unless you have removed IE11, it should still be available.
C:\Program Files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
