Microsoft Forms not loading

Question

When I try to go to forms.microsoft.com, it automatically goes to the Microsoft Forms Pro website and then displays a blank white page with the URL showing https://forms.office.com/FormsPro/Pages/DesignPage.aspx. How can I return to the regular Microsoft Forms website? I have already tried accessing it through the Office Home page and through other links, but it will always return to that URL and show a blank webpage.

We’d suggest you try the suggestions below and hope that will help you:

1. You can change to another browser to check if the same problem will occur.
2. This problem may be related the cache on the browser, so you can try to clear browser cache to check if the same problem will occur. At the same time, you can open Microsoft Form with InPrivate Windows to check if the same problem will occur.

If the problem persists, to help you better, could you provide the screenshot of “show a blank webpage”?
